Room Reservations and Event Planning
Whether you are planning a one-time event or hosting a recurring event, we want your experience to be as comfortable as possible. The information below will help you understand the guidelines and details of using our facilities. If you need space in one of our classrooms or conference rooms, the description page outlines options for room arrangement and technological capabilities.

Please give two business days' notice when reserving rooms with the University of Idaho Coeur d’Alene. Rooms can be confirmed or canceled with administration, Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. during the summer). For room reservations or inquiries, call 111-667-2588 or email [email protected].
Individuals or entities who reserve rooms at the Harbor Center which will be used for a for-profit business will be subject to rental fees detailed below.Payment can be made at the front desk on the day of the room rental, or we can invoice you.

University Name and Marks
Unless given express written consent from the university, guests shall not use any name, trade name, trademark, or other designation of the university (including contraction, abbreviation or simulation) in advertising, publicity, promotion, or any other activities or context.
Kitchens for common use are available on both floors of the Harbor Center and are equipped with refrigerators and microwave ovens. The second floor kitchen also has an oven and dishwasher. Vending machines can be found on the first floor.
