Description: Student project presenters have the opportunity to setup designs, posters and booth displays the day before EXPO. Staff will be on-hand to provide instructions. EXPO Hall will be open between 3:30 and 5 p.m. Oversized projects can also be set-up outside the Bruce M. Pitman Center in parking lot 18 under a large tent. All presenters are encouraged to use Thursday for set-up.

Oversized projects that are located outside under the tent in parking lot 18 are encouraged to complete set-up by 8:30 a.m.

Description: Buses will drop-off students at the Pitman Center main entrance. Buses should proceed to ASUI Kibbie Dome parking lot 57. Arriving school groups will be greeted by staff and EXPO Hosts. Each group will receive EXPO bags and name tags pouches that include lunch tick and group schedule of activities. An EXPO Host will provide a short orientation and lead group to their first activity.
