Elissa Keim, Director, Employee Development & Workforce Diversity
Elissa Keim is responsible for the overall strategic design, development and implementation of employee learning and development solutions at the University of Idaho. She provides oversight of professional and skills development opportunities, development and delivery of leadership, and supervisory skill training, team building activities, facilitation services, and individual, community and organizational training needs assessment.
Mandi Coulter, EDL Training Specialist
Mandi provides design and delivery for a variety of employee learning and development programs. Additionally, she coordinates and monitors the university’s Banner Training Program and assists in assessment of individual, community or organizational training and development needs. Mandi provides coordination of employee learning and development activities, including liaising with workshop presenters.
Dusty Fleener, Learning Management Systems Coordinator
Dusty Fleener provides support for the university's central employee learning record system. He is the primary point of contact for gathering employee learning and development records and generating related reports. Additionally, he provides support for workshop registration, advertising and marketing.
