Center for Advanced Energy Studies (CAES)
) is a research and education consortium among , , , the University of Idaho and the . Headquartered in Idaho Falls, with complementary capabilities and programs at each of the participating universities, CAES works to solve regional energy challenges that have national impact. CAES research, capabilities, talent and infrastructure emphasize work in focus areas including advanced nuclear energy systems, advanced manufacturing, energy-water nexus, innovative energy systems and cybersecurity.
