At the Help Desk we provide in office, email and telephone support to students, faculty and staff using industry standard technologies. At the Help Desk you will find yourself troubleshooting issues and directly working with customers to create solutions. We are always looking for people who like challenges and enjoy working through puzzles. Be prepared to work in a team based environment providing direct assistance to our customers. Opportunities to advance into other positions within ITS are available.
