Remote Assistance with the ITS Help Desk
The ITS Help Desk uses Bomgar as our remote assistance client. This client is compatible with Windows and Mac computers, as well as most mobile devices. To connect to an ITS Technical Service Representative, click the button below. You will be prompted for a session ID which will be provided to you by the Technical Support Representative.
Once you center the session ID, you will be asked to download the client-side Bomgar client. Remember, ITS will not be able to access your machine without your explicit permission. You must be physically present at your machine in order to start a remote session.
