Law Library Services in Moscow & Boise
The Law Library serves as the information hub of the College of Law, providing primary and secondary materials in multiple formats – including print and digital – to support the research needs of law faculty and students.
Features of the Law Library include access to research databases, wireless capability, student carrels, group study rooms, informal collaborative spaces, and a highly trained library staff to assist with your research needs.
Student carrels are located on the ground and second floors of the Law Library providing a comfortable environment for study and research. Group-study rooms are located on the second floor for collaborative learning.
Students who participate in our Boise program benefit from an innovative collaboration with the Idaho Supreme Court and enjoy access to the Idaho State Law Library (ISLL).
The ISLL's collection consists of approximately 30,000 volumes, including current and historical Idaho legal materials and practitioner-focused materials. The College of Law oversees management of the ISLL, a collection designed to support faculty and student needs as well as those of Idaho attorneys and judges and the general public.
