Human Safety Performance Academic Certificate
Upon completion of the certificate, students will:
O-1 be able to describe the principles of the New View of human error versus the Old View
O-2 see the unfolding world from the point of view of the people inside the situation
O-3 be able to use the appropriate reporting language for the New View of human error
O-4 connect critical process parameters to the sequence of people’s assessments and actions
