Postings by U of I Faculty
Each semester, the University of Idaho has many faculty who are actively seeking new undergraduates to join their research, scholarly or creative pursuits. Below is a list of some who are currently recruiting new students:
The Luckart lab works on mosquito physiology, malaria transmission and disease biology using both animal and human malaria parasites.
Polymorphic Games uses the principles of biological evolution to develop superior video games. The studio is based on the University of Idaho campus and populated by teams of undergraduate students, including programmers, artists, writers, musicians, marketers and biologists.
The Marx lab works on questions at the intersection of physiology and evolutionary biology, integrating systems-level, mathematical models to generate quantitative predictions that link genotype to phenotype. Nearly all work currently taking place in the Marx lab is focused upon using Methylobacterium extorquens as a model system.
Two McClure Legislative Research (MLR) Internships are available during the 2019 Idaho legislative session.
