Internal Email Requests
The University Communications and Marketing team manages internal and external email requests. If you need assistance sending email to a target audience, our web team is happy to assist you.
If you would like to send a general university communication — including to all students, all staff, all faculty or any combination thereof — please send the request to [email protected]. Your request should include:
- The content of the email message
- Who the message is coming from
- The audience you would like to send to
- A deadline for the send

As a general policy, university-wide emails are reserved for executive-level communications and emergency/immediate-need notifications. For individuals or units wishing to send email regarding upcoming events or other communication, please submit the item to The Daily Register or My UI, the official methods of reaching all employees and students.
